Job Summary
Oversee compliance with the Environmental Permitting Act and issued permits for construction and demolition projects, investigating complaints regarding unsafe structures or illegal building use. Lead enforcement actions, including issuing administrative penalties, and respond to emergencies like fires or structural collapses by advising on necessary responses. Mentor junior officers and contribute to policy development regarding supervision and enforcement frameworks. Advise the council on complex or politically sensitive cases. Work three days per week within the municipality of Lansingerland.

- Meerdere jaren werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie bij een gemeente
