Job Summary
Toddler Teacher responsible for developing age-appropriate lesson plans, creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing classroom environment, fostering social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning, communicating effectively with parents about their child's progress, collaborating with fellow teachers to enhance the learning experience, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the classroom and materials, observing and assessing children's development, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fostering a love of learning in young children
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Background check clearance and references
