Job Summary
Create engaging daily activities using The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum to foster language, cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development in toddlers. Guide children through daily routines including meals, outdoor play, and transitions while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom. Build positive relationships with children and families, collaborate with fellow educators and center leadership, and follow all Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements. Full-time Monday–Friday schedule with health, dental, and vision benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification
- Strong understanding of child development

- Previous toddler classroom experience
