Job Summary
Toddler Teacher responsibilities include creating a welcoming, engaging classroom for young children to learn and grow; implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum with infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers; maintaining a safe, nurturing environment; communicating regularly with parents via mobile apps and discussions; collaborating with center staff and leadership to support enrollment and engagement; and building relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic play-and-learn environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of professional teaching experience preferred
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
- CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
