Job Summary
Toddler Teacher: Create a safe, nurturing learning environment for toddler-aged children and implement the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using engaging characters. Build relationships with families and colleagues, and regularly communicate children’s progress to parents via mobile apps and discussions. Candidates should have 6 months–1 year of professional teaching experience and an associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (or a high school diploma/GED with related experience). State licensing requirements apply. The role offers paid time off, a flexible schedule, professional development, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for advancement; compensation ranges $16-$20 per hour.
Required Qualifications
