Toddler Teacher

Implement age-appropriate lesson plans using the Wonder of Learning curriculum to engage toddlers and support their growth. Create and maintain a safe, nurturing classroom environment while supervising children during indoor and outdoor activities to uphold health and safety standards. Maintain open communication with families regarding daily progress and observe, assess, and document children's development to inform activities. Model positive guidance strategies to support social-emotional growth and collaborate with assistant and resource teachers. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills. High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred. 1-2 years of experience in licensed childcare preferred.
