Toddler Teacher

Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities using the Wonder of Learning curriculum to engage toddlers and support their growth. Create and maintain a safe, nurturing classroom environment while supervising children during indoor and outdoor activities to uphold health and safety standards. Maintain open communication with families regarding child progress and daily activities, and observe, assess, and document learning to inform future activities. Model positive guidance strategies for social-emotional development and collaborate with Assistant and Resource Teachers to foster a supportive team environment. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills.
