Job Summary
Toddler Teacher position responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children ages 12–36 months. Includes supervising children, planning and implementing age-appropriate activities to promote language, social-emotional, physical, and cognitive development, communicating with families, and maintaining a clean, organized classroom while adhering to state licensing regulations and center policies. Requires collaboration with staff, strong communication skills, dedication to professional development, and the ability to follow health and safety procedures; background checks and state licensing requirements apply.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- CDA, Associate's Degree, or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to meet all state licensing requirements, including background checks and required training
