Job Summary
Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children by implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and managing behavior to ensure a safe learning space. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community while supporting individual learning needs and encouraging social and emotional growth. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm at Primrose School of Exton.
Required Qualifications
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in early childhood education and preschool settings preferred.
- CDA in Toddlers preferred.
