Job Summary
Collaborate with a co-teacher to create a consistent, high-quality learning experience for toddlers by planning developmentally appropriate activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Foster positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members while observing and documenting developmental milestones. Support daily routines including meals, diapering, rest time, and transitions, ensuring compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations. Establish open communication with parents to share insights and progress updates. Encourage language development, independence, and positive social interactions within a safe, engaging environment. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR and First Aid certification

Desired Qualifications

- Knowledge and understanding of behavioral and developmental stages of children
