Job Summary
Seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team, focusing on creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for infants. Responsibilities include developing age-appropriate curriculum, providing attentive care, managing the classroom, and communicating with parents about each child's progress.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working with infants in daycare or preschool settings with classroom experience in early childhood education.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively while providing individualized attention to each child’s needs.
- Excellent caregiving skills including feeding, diapering, soothing techniques, and health monitoring.
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies suitable for infants.
- Knowledge of first aid procedures relevant to infants and children; certification preferred.
