Job Summary
Collaborate with co-teachers to prepare curriculum, lesson plans, and materials while supporting social-emotional development through play-based, age-appropriate activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly classroom environment by assisting with daily routines including toilet training, diapering, meals, outdoor time, and naptime. Keep parents informed, track children's progress, and complete required assessments to help toddlers build independence, language, and confidence. Work Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM, spending extended periods on the floor with children. Required Qualifications
- EEC Infant Toddler Certification, CDA, or equivalent degree and experience
- Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting
- Flexibility to work 6:30AM-5:30PM Monday through Friday
- Ability to spend extended periods of time on the floor with the children
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand up to 90% of the workday
