Job Summary
Ensure the health, safety, and supervision of children at all times while maintaining classroom ratios and supervision standards. Support a positive, nurturing environment by assisting with developmentally appropriate activities, leading storytime and play-based learning, and encouraging adherence to routines. Monitor each child's progress and communicate professionally with parents and leadership while upholding core policies. Monday–Friday schedule only; no nights or weekends. Starting rate of $20.00/hour, rising to $22.50/hour based on qualifications, with additional pay upon CDA enrollment. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Early Childhood Education (infant, toddler, or preschool age)
- Monday–Friday schedule – no nights or weekends

- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
- High School Diploma
