Job Summary
Lead Toddler Teacher role responsible for creating a safe, engaging classroom for toddlers, implementing the proprietary curriculum through hands-on learning, play, and activities, and supporting overall development (social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical). You will mentor Assistant Teachers, collaborate with leadership to deliver an exceptional learning experience, maintain licensing-compliant, organized classrooms, and build trust with families through regular communication and updates. Strong leadership, communication, and caregiving skills are essential to guide young learners and promote growth, independence, and confidence.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet Colorado Lead Teacher qualifications
- Experience working with toddlers or young children in a licensed childcare setting
- A patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic personality
- Strong classroom leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional care
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with toddlers throughout the day
