Job Summary
Lead Toddler Teacher in Highlands Ranch, CO to create a safe, engaging classroom where toddlers can explore while implementing our proprietary curriculum, supporting social, emotional, language, and physical development, and mentoring an Assistant Teacher. Responsibilities include leading the classroom, completing developmental observations and assessments, maintaining a licensing-compliant environment, building relationships with families through daily updates, and collaborating with leadership to deliver an exceptional learning experience. Requires meeting Colorado Lead Teacher qualifications and prior experience with toddlers in licensed childcare; strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills; and a patient, nurturing approach. Full-time schedule Monday–Friday with no nights or weekends.
Required Qualifications
