Job Summary
Implement the Creative Curriculum daily, teaching beginning reading and math skills while assisting children with developing social and emotional abilities. Utilize varied instructional methods to meet students' collective and individual needs, and assess their performance to ensure they meet developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with parents and school personnel using Procare to share progress. This role requires an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and strong knowledge of child development principles. Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
- Problem solving and mediation skills
