Job Summary
Toddler Teacher at The Learning Circle YMCA (Summit Area YMCA) responsible for fostering toddlers' social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in a safe, nurturing classroom. Works with a collaborative team to create engaging activities and routines that support learning through play, exploration, and daily schedules. CDA credential preferred and at least one year of experience with young children required; position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with shifts from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Required Qualifications
- CDA credential preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- one year of experience with young children in a licensed childcare center, preschool, or school setting
- strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
- availability to work year-round, including summer programming
- must be at least 18 years of age
