Job Summary
Create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for toddlers aged 18 months to 3 years. Plan and lead engaging activities that support social, emotional, and cognitive development while guiding infants through music, movement, stories, and hands-on play. Support daily routines including mealtime, diapering, and nap time with kindness. Foster strong relationships with parents by providing daily updates. Collaborate with a team that values laughter, creativity, and teamwork. Monday through Friday full-time role.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 18+ Years Old
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in early childhood setting
- CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework, Associates degree or higher, comparable work history
- CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain
- Reliable, energetic, and ready to sing silly songs (again and again)
- Experience in childcare
- 3+ years experience in classroom management
- Hold a bachelor's or Associate's in early childhood education, education, or child/youth development
- Have a Child Development Associate Credential
- Have a high school diploma or GED with 1500 verified hours of experience in organized group activities for young children
