Job Summary
Part-time Toddler Teacher Aide responsible for supporting children and maintaining a positive atmosphere in a preschool environment. Requires communication skills, First Aid and CPR training, and the ability to engage with children.
Required Qualifications
- Must have or apply (prior to beginning teaching) a Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Must be First Aid and CPR trained
- Must be able to communicate effectively with other staff and parents
- Must provide proof of immunizations and a negative TB test
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must support and model the philosophy of Prince of Peace Preschool
- Must demonstrate a patient and loving attitude towards children
- Must be comfortable teaching the Christian faith to students
- Must be physically able to complete the functions of the position, including, but not limited to, lifting and carrying children
