Job Summary
Navigate toddlers' first steps with gentle guidance while managing the Infant classroom to ensure compliance with Office of Child Care regulations. Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster curiosity in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children, parents, and visitors. Maintain thorough records by completing paperwork, electronic reports, and supervision logs accurately. Work Monday through Friday across morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. Help navigate classroom Aides into early childhood education with confidence and compassion.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet the requirements to be a lead teacher as approved by the governing State agency.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children
- Knowledge of childcare licensing requirements
- Ability to manage a classroom
