Job Summary
Lead the LOD program to establish a Customer First culture, manage daily store operations, and drive KPI results through clear expectations and real-time coaching. Establish individual sales and stock goals, monitor performance, and coach associates to achieve brand standards and maximize business opportunities. Train and develop the team, recognize positive behaviors, and address performance issues promptly. Maintain strict adherence to 5 S brand standards, execute merchandising moves, and ensure shipment processing and audit compliance meet loss prevention requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School education or equivalent
- Minimum 1 – 2 year retail experience or equivalent education
- Must have flexible availability for store needs
- Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate
- Demonstrated business acumen
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers and store team
- Demonstrated collaborate skills and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Proficient use of technology
Desired Qualifications
- Team leader experience preferred
