Job Summary
Interpret practitioner referrals and perform complete patient evaluations to develop treatment plans including goals, reevaluation, and discharge planning. Execute treatment programs with necessary modifications while assessing patient response to therapy. Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff. Maintain current Occupational Therapy License in Alabama and CPR certification. Work full-time, averaging 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- HS/GED
- Masters or Doctor of Occupational degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- current Occupational Therapy License in the state of Alabama
- CPR Certified
