Job Summary
Interpret practitioner referrals and perform complete patient evaluations, including goals, reevaluation, and discharge planning. Develop thorough treatment programs, making modifications as necessary, while assessing patient response to treatment. Communicate effectively with patients, TOC physicians, and staff on a full-time basis averaging 40 hours per week. Requires a current Occupational Therapy License in Alabama, a Masters or Doctor of Occupational degree, and CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- HS/GED
- Masters or Doctor of Occupational degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- current Occupational Therapy License in the state of Alabama
- CPR Certified
