Tobacco Enforcement Education Coordinator

Job Summary
Implement and coordinate expanded merchant education initiatives in Southeastern Pennsylvania while developing standardized tools, training materials, and implementation guides to support statewide replication. Facilitate regional workgroups focused on judicial education and law enforcement engagement, ensuring completion of program goals and deliverables. Develop and maintain partnerships with judicial, law enforcement, and other key stakeholders to strengthen understanding of youth tobacco sales laws. Coordinate training, webinars, educational resources, and technical assistance for retailers and partners, while representing the Health Promotion Council at regional and statewide meetings. Manage the Pennsylvania Tobacco Merchant Education website and contribute to quarterly reporting through collaboration with the Research and Evaluation team. Requires two years of experience in public health or community engagement, a bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and periodically statewide.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license
- Two (2) years of experience in public health, community engagement, education, policy, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and periodically statewide
