Tobacco Cessation Health Coach (Remote - Hawaii)

Conduct intake assessments, verify eligibility, and document participant data in compliance with HIPAA. Provide coaching and education using motivational interviewing techniques to support tobacco cessation, building rapport and guiding individuals through quit attempts and long-term abstinence. Maintain friendly communication to identify goals and readiness to change, while engaging in continuous training to ensure evidence-based practices. Meet call center metrics and individual performance expectations. This fully remote role supports National Jewish Health's mission to help over 1.5 million people quit tobacco through large-scale health initiatives.
