Job Summary
Freshman House Coordinator focuses on supporting ninth-grade students’ transition to high school and from high school to college, leading freshman teams, analyzing data to identify early warning signs, coordinating professional development, organizing events (parent nights, orientation, activities), and mentoring campus teachers/leaders to improve instructional practice; requires a Bachelor's degree, Arizona Secondary Teaching Certificate, 5+ years teaching (9th grade preferred), 2+ years guiding adult learning, and skills in data analysis using Excel/Data Warehouse, with strong communication and collaboration across administrators, teachers, and families.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Arizona Secondary Teaching Certificate
- Minimum of five (5) years of teaching experience (9th grade experience preferred)
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in developing and guiding adult learning
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of data analysis using Excel and Data warehouse
