Job Summary
Answer phone within three rings and assist guests with placing To-Go orders, then enter orders in proper sequence while operating the POS system for transactions. Have knowledge of the menu to explain offerings and ensure an exceptional To-Go experience for every guest. Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment while demonstrating great multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting.
