Job Summary
As a To-Go Roadie at Texas Roadhouse, you will support carry out operations while executing high standards of food quality and service. Key responsibilities include ensuring each guest receives a legendary welcome, accurately taking and placing orders, managing packaging with strong organization and accuracy, and working together with Back of House staff. You will also use the POS system for transactions and be knowledgeable about our menu and ordering systems. Required Qualifications
- Strong organization and accuracy when packaging orders
- Knowledgeable of the menu to accurately take and place orders
- Uses proper phone etiquette when answering calls
- Accurate use of point of sale (POS) system
- Familiarity with online and mobile app ordering systems
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
