Job Summary
As a To-Go Roadie at Texas Roadhouse, you will support carry-out operations, ensuring a legendary experience for To-Go guests. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders with proper phone etiquette, packaging orders accurately, and collaborating with Back of House staff. You should demonstrate strong organization skills and be knowledgeable about the menu. This position requires proficiency in using the point of sale (POS) system and understanding online and mobile app ordering.
