Job Summary
Answer phone within three rings and assist guests with placing To-Go orders, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest. Operate the POS system for transactions, enter orders in proper sequence, and explain menu offerings to guests. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment while demonstrating great multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting. This role requires knowledge of the menu to explain offerings and a dependable demeanor.
