Job Summary
Receive, process, and accurately enter to-go and delivery orders through phone, online, and in-person channels. Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure timely and accurate order preparation. Package food and beverages carefully to maintain quality, presentation, and temperature. Verify orders for accuracy before handoff to guests or delivery drivers. Provide friendly and helpful service to guests picking up orders or calling with questions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area and related stations. Follow all food safety and sanitation standards. Perform additional duties as assigned. This role supports Quaker Steak & Lube's legacy of delivering memorable guest experiences rooted in great food and energetic service.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
