To Go Specialist

To-Go Specialist duties include answering guest calls to assist with placing To-Go orders, maintaining a cheerful and professional demeanor, possessing menu knowledge to explain offerings, entering orders from 3rd party To-Go platforms into the POS and delivering orders to drivers, delivering food to guests promptly, setting up and maintaining the dedicated workstation, preparing shift supplies (condiments and sauces), assisting other FOH staff during downtime, and adhering to Perry’s safety and sanitation policies. Skills and responsibilities emphasize customer service, accurate order-entry, knowledge of the menu, food and beverage handling, teamwork, and a commitment to professionalism and cleanliness.
