Job Summary
Greet guests promptly and provide a seamless pickup experience while delivering warm, attentive hospitality with every interaction. Listen carefully to communicate clearly, ensuring order accuracy as you prepare, review, and confirm orders before pickup. Accurately enter orders and process payments using the POS system, then maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked To-Go area. Resolve order concerns quickly and involve leadership when needed, working collaboratively with the Front of House team to support smooth service. Ensure every guest leaves feeling appreciated and well taken care of. Flexible schedules, time off on holidays, and competitive hourly wage.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
- Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day
- Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to be patient and have a guest-oriented mindset
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members
- Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures
- Must have reliable transportation
- 18+ age requirements for FOH positions
