Greet guests promptly and provide a seamless pickup experience for off-premise orders. Listen carefully and communicate clearly to ensure order accuracy, then prepare, review, and confirm orders before pickup. Accurately enter orders and process payments using the POS system while maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked To-Go area. Resolve order concerns quickly and involve leadership when needed, ensuring every guest leaves feeling appreciated. Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to support smooth service.
