Job Summary
Greet guests promptly and provide a seamless pickup experience while delivering warm, attentive hospitality with every interaction. Listen carefully and communicate clearly to ensure order accuracy, then prepare, review, and confirm orders before pickup. Accurately enter orders and process payments using the POS system while maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked To-Go area. Resolve order concerns quickly and involve leadership when needed, ensuring every guest leaves feeling appreciated. Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to support smooth service. This role offers flexible schedules with time off on holidays and early closure on Christmas Eve, alongside competitive hourly wages and extensive training and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
- Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day
- Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to be patient and have a guest-oriented mindset
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members
- Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures
- Must have reliable transportation
- 18+ age requirements for FOH positions
