Job Summary
Greet guests promptly and deliver warm, attentive hospitality during every off-premise pickup interaction. Listen carefully to orders, communicate clearly, and prepare, review, and confirm orders to ensure accuracy before guests leave. Accurately enter orders and process payments using the POS system while maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked To-Go area. Resolve order concerns quickly by involving leadership when needed and communicate with guests by phone in a professional, friendly manner. Work collaboratively with the Front of House team to support smooth service. This role offers flexible schedules with time off on holidays and early closure on Christmas Eve, alongside competitive hourly wages, medical benefits, and paid time off for eligible team members.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
- Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours or more a day
- Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to be patient and have a guest-oriented mindset
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members
- Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures
- Must have reliable transportation
- 18+ age requirements for FOH positions
