Shift Supervisor To Go Pro at TGI Fridays responsible for greeting guests, taking phone orders, informing guests of promotions, ensuring To Go order accuracy, packaging, and smooth handoffs with service staff. Responsibilities include answering calls, promoting specials, maintaining a clean delivery area, ringing up orders in POS, building guest counts, handling To Go packaging, responding to guests in the parking spots, and upholding Fridays Service Style. Must read menus, describe items over the phone, communicate guest needs to kitchen and service staff, hear well in loud environments, stand and move throughout the shift, and lift up to 30 lbs with 6-8 hour shifts.
