Job Summary
Answer phone within three rings and assist guests with placing To-Go orders while ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest. Operate the POS system to enter orders in proper sequence and explain menu offerings to guests. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment while demonstrating great multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting. This role requires knowledge of the menu, a dependable team player demeanor, and the ability to work flexible part-time or full-time schedules.
