Answer phone within three rings and assist guests with placing To-Go orders, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest. Explain menu offerings, enter orders in proper sequence, and operate the POS system for transactions. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment while demonstrating great multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting. This role requires a dependable team player with a welcoming demeanor.
