Job Summary
Answer phone within three rings and assist guests with placing to-go orders while explaining menu offerings. Enter orders in proper sequence and operate the POS system for transactions to ensure an exceptional to-go experience. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment by demonstrating dependable teamwork, great multitasking skills, and a welcoming demeanor in a fast-paced setting.
