Answer phone within three rings and assist guests with placing To-Go orders while explaining menu offerings. Enter orders in proper sequence and operate the POS system for transactions to ensure an exceptional To-Go experience. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment while demonstrating great multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting. This role requires knowledge of the menu, including Big Mouth burgers, house smoked ribs, fajitas, and hand-shaken margaritas.
