Job Summary
Branch Manager leads Hertz Brand operations at the Fairless Hills location, directing reservations/pickups, vendor relations (Lyft, Uber, Pep Boys), and location strategies to maximize profitability and revenue per unit. Oversees customer service, staff coaching/mentoring, performance reviews, and monthly business reviews; drives staff meetings and KPI awareness; ensures policy compliance, safety, and positive employee relations. Requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, financial acumen, and cross-functional coordination with vendors and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent per requirements
- Associates degree preferred (not required)
- Previous management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in car rental, hospitality, or tourism a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and analytics
