Job Summary
The Client Support Manager is responsible for managing account activity and relationships with the Client Support Team, ensuring operational excellence and service quality. Key responsibilities include providing leadership to Client Support Specialists, managing customer relationships, resolving client complaints, developing training tools, and ensuring compliance with shipping documentation. The role requires at least 5 years of customer service experience and 2 years of supervisory experience, along with a college education, preferably a Bachelor’s degree. Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft applications are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years college required
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a customer service position
- Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience required
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Must demonstrate a high level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred
- Proficient with all Microsoft applications
- Working knowledge of 3PL warehouse operations, supply chain, and transportation preferred
