Job Summary
Provide operational leadership for HCBS/LTSS services, ensuring high-quality, person-centered supports and compliance with organizational, state, and TennCare requirements. Supervise, coach, and develop staff through regular meetings, performance evaluations, training oversight, and accountability measures. Ensure accurate, timely documentation, billing compliance, and adherence to regulatory standards while monitoring program performance through quality assurance, service utilization, and census growth metrics. Conduct regular visits to service locations to monitor quality, compliance, and operational effectiveness. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with individuals served, families, guardians, referral sources, MCOs, DDA representatives, and community partners. Represent the organization professionally at meetings, trainings, conferences, and community events. Promote continuous quality improvement by supporting innovative service models, operational efficiencies, and enhanced participant outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or program management experience
- Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, HCBS, LTSS, or other Medicaid-funded services
- Knowledge of person-centered practices, service planning, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated ability to supervise staff, manage operational performance, and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Proof of vehicle insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of progressively responsible leadership, supervisory, program management, HCBS, LTSS, IDD, or related human services experience (in lieu of a degree)
- Working knowledge of Tennessee DDA programs, Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), Employment and Community First (ECF) CHOICES, and HCBS service delivery
