Job Summary
Product Manager for automotive technology solutions focused on New Product Introduction, quotation management, and value/profitability optimization across cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include defining and steering engineering change, planning product phases, leading cost estimation and target costing within quotations, ensuring quality and cost improvements for local applications, and building cross-BU collaboration (e.g., PV, R&D, marketing, sales, quality, service) to support CV applications. Key activities include leading value management processes and tools inside quotation (expert target costing, BOM review, ABC analysis, and related tooling), monitoring product profitability across projects, and aligning product strategy with HQ for the China market. Required to interface with Marketing, PLM, R&D, application/quality/service, KAM/sales, and demonstrate project management capability; English fluency is essential. Preference for experience in interface/coordination across functions, business case creation/analysis, and readiness to advance in product development and introduction.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree (University or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years experience in the automotive industry
- Project management experience is an advance
- Fluent English communication skills
