Job Summary
Administer TMS treatments according to physician protocols by setting up the medical device and monitoring sessions for patient comfort and accuracy. Provide excellent patient care through reflective listening and rapport building while counseling patients on psychiatric rating scales. Troubleshoot issues with coil contact and system setup, then record session notes, track insurance authorizations, and schedule visits using medical software. Handle front desk duties including answering phones and customer service. Shifts vary within the 7 AM to 6 PM Monday to Friday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience working in mental healthcare, 2 years experience in TMS therapy, or 1 year of work toward a master's degree in counseling, psychology, or social work required to start at mid-range in the pay scale
- Ability to expertly document patient care and transcribe patient appointments
- Expert attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of all documentation and records
- High level of interpersonal skills, empathy, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in healthcare strongly preferred
- Previous experience in TMS therapy no required
