Job Summary
TMS/Spravato Technician responsible for coordinating Spravato and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy services, including scheduling, patient intake, insurance verification, treatment delivery, and collaboration with healthcare providers to develop individualized treatment plans. Role involves educating patients on procedures, obtaining pre-authorizations, maintaining patient records, coordinating with billing, monitoring outcomes, and overseeing maintenance/calibration of TMS equipment. Requires healthcare administration experience, strong organizational and communication skills, EMR proficiency, HIPAA compliance, and a patient-centered approach to supporting mental health treatment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in healthcare administration, care coordination, or patient advocacy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of mental health conditions and treatment modalities, particularly on TMS therapy (preferred)
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting individuals with mental health challenges on their path to recovery
