Job Summary
Coordinate TMS and Spravato treatment services by managing patient scheduling, appointment reminders, and follow-ups while maintaining accurate documentation in the electronic health record. Support clinic workflows by communicating with patients, providers, and administrative staff to ensure smooth treatment processes and efficient administrative task completion. Travel between FW, MC, SL, and PL clinic locations as needed to assist with multidisciplinary team collaboration and patient-centered care delivery.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be willing to travel between One Behavioral clinic locations
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be dependable, professional, and patient-focused
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient records
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Ability to travel between FW, MC, SL, and PL clinic locations as needed
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Desired Qualifications
- additional education in healthcare, psychology, social work, or a related field
- Healthcare or behavioral health experience
- Demonstrate knowledge of, or willingness to learn about, behavioral health services and treatments
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Energetic, dependable, motivated, and eager to learn and grow within a behavioral health organization
