Job Summary
Develop, configure, and support TruckMate solutions including workflows, business rules, security, and rating structures. Design SQL queries, utilities, and automated processes to improve business operations, while managing integrations with McLeod, Samsara, NetSuite, and EDI platforms. Partner with Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, lead UAT, and document system configurations. Troubleshoot database performance and production issues, optimize reporting for Power BI, and participate in after-hours deployments and disaster recovery testing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years developing, configuring, integrating, or supporting enterprise business
- Experience with TruckMate, TMW Suite, or a comparable Transportation Management
- Experience writing SQL using IBM Db2 or another relational
- Strong understanding of relational databases, APIs, web services, EDI, integrations, and enterprise application architecture
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, vendors, and
- Ability to work in office, remote, and operational logistics
- Ability to travel periodically to company or customer
- Ability to participate in occasional evening or weekend deployments and production
- Ability to work at a computer for extended
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with TruckMate configuration, dispatch, rating, billing, workflows, reporting, and database structures
- Experience integrating TruckMate with McLeod, Samsara, NetSuite, Power BI, ConnectedDock, or other Trimble products
- Knowledge of transportation operations including LTL, brokerage, consolidation, linehaul, pickup & delivery, cross-dock, and final-mile logistics
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI, Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, .NET, or Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle, testing, source control, and release
