Job Summary
Provide educational consultations and deliver FDA-approved TMS therapy to patients with MDD and OCD in a safe, therapeutic environment. Manage office administrative tasks including lead management, appointment scheduling, copay collection, and HIPAA-compliant medical record maintenance. Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams, assist with insurance preauthorization documentation, and troubleshoot equipment issues while adhering to strict safety protocols. Maintain accurate treatment records and participate in team meetings. Complete provided TMS training and deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in the field of psychology, neurobiology, social work, Pre-med, or related major
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Billing software knowledge
- Insurance knowledge
- Clinical Interviewing
- Certified to deliver TMS Therapy under the supervision of our medical directors, staff physicians, and center manager
